Power Module device EMI test

Are all power module devices done EMI test?

Or isn't it tested on the devices which there is no EMI test result on datasheet?

Hello Sasaki-san,

Apologies for the late reply. It looks like the thread was not routed properly to the team initially.

The newer devices get EMI tested. Usually, if a device is EMI tested the plot will be in the datasheet.

I understand that the devices which have no EMI test plot on the datasheet haven't been done EMI test.
