Hi Team,
Here is a requirement from customer:
Vin=3.3V, Vout=80V, Iout=20mA. Customer hope to get a simple solution with smaller size and less external component. I search the website and has below propose and questions
a. TPS61390/1. The spec is OK but not sure how to connect APD if not used.
b. LM3478/3481. There is reference design PMP7129 which is from 5V to 100V@10mA. But from datasheet, it only provide Dmax=81% (min) @ 475kHz, no Toff-min value. So not sure the Dmax when decreasing Fsw.
c. LM5155x. In figure 44, there is a boost with charge pump circuit, but not sure about how to design proper charge pump ( diode, cap) circuit. No guideline.
Please kindly add your comments. If other recommendation, please kindly help provide your suggestions. Thanks.
