Hello,

IRS21850S seems going EOL. I found UCC27714 but it is harf-bridge gate driver. Is there any better device for this?

    Hello Watanabe-san,

    Thanks for help promoting our drivers.

    It looks like the IR device is a 600V dedicated high-side driver with 4A drive current. While we don't currently have a p2p solution, our closest candidate will be UCC27714, UCC2712 while using an isolated floating bias to supply the high-side gate. 

    You can accomplish this using SN6501 + a small transformer as shown below.
