My customer is designing a panel system for automotive and need a power input inrush current limit device.
I think TPS1H000-Q1 might be a good fit, but it could not meet customer's requirement.
So I am seeking your help to see if you could advise a better solution for my customer.
Customer spec:
1. Vin(36V max), typical 12V.
2. Current: 4A.
3. When in light load(<0.1mA), the power consumption of TPS1H000-Q1 need to be under 0.04mA.
4. The EN pin of TPS1H000-Q1 need to be 36V supported.
The reason they need a inrush current limit IC is because there are big Caps on their system and they need to limit the inrush current.
