Hi John,

Unfortunately we do not have a model for this device as the original commercial version was released ~20 years ago so a model wasn't created. Can you use one of the models released for the TPS761 to do your simulation? This part has very similar specs to the TPS76901-HT, however it comes in fixed voltage values instead of adjustable. If you'd like to use this as the model then let me know the output voltage you'd like and I can provide you the unencrypted spice model which can be imported to another simulator

If you require the adjustable output voltage you could try the TPS763 model, which has the unencrypted model on TI.com
