Hi

I'm using BQ40Z50R2, 3S,

After matching the chemistry ID and learning, the new board will download the srec file, update status is 06, Qmax cell1,cell2 and cell3 are all about 2150, but remaining Capacity is only about 1350 mah after full charge Capacity is only about 1350, which is actually 2000mah.

The values of voltage and other things are all correct. How can I modify the remaining capacity after full battery to be 2000 mah?

    Is the current measured correctly on your new board?

    When you see the Remaining Capacity is 1350mAh, has the FC bit set? If yes, have you had the battery to be relaxed for a longer time and check if there would be any change on RC and FCC

    When you start charging the battery, is the battery in relaxed state?

    If this issue is replicable, please upload a log file during the entire charge relax and discharge process so that we can check what is actually happening.
