Unless stated otherwise on the datasheet, all encapsulating materials used in TI semiconductor products meet the requirements of UL 94 flame classification V-0.

Further, I’ve confirmed that the LM74610QDGKRQ1 device’s mold compound conforms to the Class V-0 Standard.
