Hi, All.

could you tell me which half bridge gate driver we can promote below spec?

1.Vbus :14V

2.Drive strength :2~3A

3.2 PWM inputs (customer wants to input separately from MCU, so separated input for High side and Low side is suitable).

do we have any gate drivers?

Do you need Automotive qualification?

Is isolation needed?

isolation is no required.

not need to have Q1.

Hello Masaharu,

Thank you for the interest in TI gate drivers. For the gate driver you describe TI has a selection of half bridge gate drivers that can work in your application. For the half bridge gate driver function that meets the requirements, the UCC27282 is a relatively new driver rated at 2.5A source and 3.5A sink which has the separate inputs for the two driver channels.

The TI design looks suitable based on your application and the driver featured may work for your application, but you need to confirm if the inputs are as you require.
