Hello

i thing that the device get into ROM mode

I started programming new file and after a few sec it stooped and i lost communication with the device.

I read error from address AA and i read 00 or 5E from address 16

i made a power cycle few times but it didn't help.

what can i do to get back to normal operation?

You'll have to reflash the device to factory. Do you have a .srec that you pulled from a new device?

Hello

How do i reflash the device to factory? i remind you that i have no communication with the device via BQstudio.

I tried to send you the serc file by this icon but it seems that the system not support sending files. only picture

The factory default FW is attached.

Connect the gauge to the EV2x00, open bqStudio, manually select the bq34z100 (it won't auto-detect), disregard the warning that it may not be compatible and then choose "Programming" and this file. Click on Program and wait until it's finished. It should work again after this sequence has completed.
