Lithium Thionyl Chloride Fuel Gauge for 4S

I'm looking for a battery fuel gauge that can monitor a 4S LiSOCl2 battery pack.  Does TI make an IC that can monitor a LiSOCl2 >1S?  I'm primarily after EOS, but rough SOH would be appreciated, too.
