Hi Team,
D/S looks that only mentioned θj-a. I would like to know θj-c, θj-b, ψj-t and ψj-b. Are there any data for LP2960?

HI Yamashita-san,
The reason the team that developed this device only used TJA is because this is the best parameter to help predict the junction temperature based on the power dissipation in the application.
That being said, at a minimum PsiJT is required to help confirm the actual junction temperature in the application.
Let me see if our packaging team can provide the complete thermal information for this device.

Hello John,
Yes, I would like to know these for junction temperature estimation. I'm looking forward to your reply.
Thanks,

Hi John,
Thanks. However text for parameter wasn't clear.
- Tjc means θjc?
- I can see two Tjc..
Could you fix this?
