LM2676: I need Actual Power dissipation of This Regulator.

Hi,in one of my design i have used LM2676S-ADJ switching regulator. My application Input voltage is 24V and output voltage is 14.2.

I need below information:

1. Junction temperature(Tj)

2. Ambient Temperature (Ta)

3. θJA = theta ja (junction to ambient)

4. Actual Power Dissipation

Hi Arun,

I believe you can use the webench on the product website to give you an idea of how the IC temperature perform

It is located on the right hand corner if you scroll down on the product page above
