    Hi Pitor:

    the transconductance amplifer bandwith is limit by the compensation you made, if you have Chf which is hundread pf, it will be dominated by Rcomp and Chf.

    there is internal Co which is couple pf or even less  and its GBPW will be decided by Ramp(2.5Mohm) and Co.
