TPL7407LA: What the RDSon if COM tied to 5V

I would like to tie the COM to 5V due to the design limitation.

The output current per channel is designed for 20mA. If the COM pin tied to 5V, what the RDSon and VOL?

    Hi Wilson,

    TPL7407LA is an NMOS based device. The R_on should be roughly the same at various load currents.

    From the datasheet specification(Section 6.5), you can calculate the R_on typ and max from the V_OL numbers.

    You can then use this resistance to find you voltage drop at other load currents.
