1. Pull down the lm3423 stick up pressure, it can't rise, abnormal (15V to 19v, pull down the lm3423 stick up pressure to 15V, it can rise to 19v if it doesn't stick up normally).
2. The LED is not on. The LED VIN and led GND of J7311 are the voltage boosted from the front end (both led VIN and led GND are the same voltage).
