Dear Team,

We are using ULN2803ADWR IC for our development project... The issue is IC got burned during the operation.

Our end application is to control the relay based on the monitoring circuit with the help of ATMEL micro controller.

In between the relay and IC we use 150 MA fuse for safety purpose.

Kindly give the possibility of occurrence and solution for further process...

Hi Sathish,

What is the current flowing per channel and how many channels are active at once? What channel does the damage occur on? When does the damage occur (during switching or over DC load)?

From the drawing you shared, there does not seem to be anything wrong. If possible we would like to see the full schematic and waveforms (IN and OUT) for each channel.
