LM46002: Restart issue

Hi,

I'm using LM46002 to design a DC-DC. Please refer to the schematic as below. After working two hours with 10V/1.5A load output, I restart the DC-DC. But the DC-DC outputs 0V and it does not work.

Could you please review my schematic and give me some advices?

Hi Kevin,

Pls try below:

1. remove C5

2. Connect EN pin to Vin by 10K

Hi,

Thank you for your reply. I updated the schematic as attachment. The input voltage is 24V and the output is 12V/1.5A. After power on frequently, the chip was burnt. Could you please help review further? Thanks.

Hi Kevin,

LM46002 require ceramic caps placed closely to VIN and PGND pin, pls add 1 or 2pcs 2.2uF50V and 1pcs 0.1uF 100V close to VIN and PGND pin as described on data sheet.

Is C11 and C12 ceramic cap? The voltage rating should be 35V.
