Would you help review my schematics below. in my schematics when no load the, we see 24V at V_LED, is it correct?

Hi Sir,

What's the input voltage? if your input voltage is 24V, that should be a normal phenomenon whether Vout is about 24V.

And what's the LED configuration? How many LEDs per string?
