TPS1H100-Q1: Leakage at VM=0V, Diag_EN= pullup to 5V

Hi Expert,

I found the following session that TPS1H100-Q1 has no special sequence requirement.

My customer want to know the reason of no special sequence requirement.

Is there the leakage current from Diag_EN to VM at VM=0V, Diag_EN= pullup to 5V? Does TPS1H100-Q1 have the internal protection diode between VM and Diag_EN?

Hello,

DIAG_EN turns on the diagnostics for the device but it does not control the power for the device. No there is not a leakage path to turn on the device when VS is low and DIAG_EN is high as long as you are within the datasheet specs.
