Because customer plan to do thermal simulation, customer thermal team need thermal model to do simulation.

We need IC thermal model such as “PDML” or “TZR” format. Can you please help to provide it? Thanks.

Sorry for my lack of knowledge. What does this PDML or TZR format mean? We have provided the thermal info in the datasheet, which you customer can use for their thermal simulation.
