There is no information about that in the datasheet.

Hi Chuong,

Thanks for your interest in TI FETs. The Rtheta(j-c) parameter specified in the datasheet is measured to the bottom thermal pad on the D2PAK package. You can use this as Rtheta(j-b). Please see the blog below for more information.
