I have a 2S battery pack in the permanent fail mode that I'd like to read the gas gauge data memory to investigate.
The pack open circuit voltage is 0V, and the cell voltages are 2.6V and 3.3V.
After connected the pack to the BQStudio setup, it is not able to connect to the gauge to read the data memory.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
