CSD25485F5: Asking about Mode of Channel of this MOSFET

Hello Support Team,

Kindly I can't find Mode of the channel of this MOSFET CSD25485F5 at the datasheet, can I consider it as Enhancement Mode or consider it as Depletion Mode and from where can we get this information.

Hi Ahmed,

Thanks for the question. The CSD25485F5 is an enhancement mode, p-channel MOSFET. All TI power MOSFET devices, whether n-channel or p-channel, are enhancement mode devices.
