LM25011: about RT pin

Hello.

I have a question about LM25011.
We are evaluating LM25011.
specification
Input: 24V
Output: 3.3V

Open RTpin during LM25011 operation.
This IC emits smoke. (Burn marks are created near pins 1 and 2.)

I don't know why it smokes. please tell me.

Also, I would like FMEA data of short between LM25011 pins and each pin open.
Do you have it?
