There is PSPICE model available on the product page. There is no unencrypted model is available for this device.

Please let me know the purpose of the model requirements and we can discuss it further through the mail.

Hi Tanvee

The spice-Model creates error when trying to import it using the Macro Wizard.

We consider using this DC/DC-controller for BOM of next-generation car-access/key-application
