TPS62827EVM-063: TPS62827EVM light load efficiency

Hi,

My customer tested our TPS62827EVM, and get below results:

They measure the Vout see 4V/6mA
Then they measure the Vin see 5V/7.5mA

so the light load efficiency is far lower than our datasheet, can you please help to double-check?

Hi Allen,

the efficiency should be much higher than what the customer measured.
Can you tell me, how they measured the values and what equipment they used?
Was anything else connected to the EVM?

The EVM was designed for 1.8V output voltage. What modifications did the customer do to achieve 4V output voltage?
What are the values of the components used for the modification?
