Hi Sir,

My customer looking for boost controller with external MOSFET/Diode for higher power requirements, would you pls suggest suitable parts? Thanks

Vin: 5V~15V

Vout: up to 24V

Iout: up to 3A

Load: up to 60W

However, just looking for a pure boost controller solution for external MOSFET control (sync. or non-sync., both are fine for us). Do you have any ideas about it?

Hi Ian,

Thank you for reaching out. We have both the sync and non-sync boost suitable for this applications. with the sync boost (employing sync FET other than diode rectifier), you may achieve higher efficiency, and you can consider the LM5122 or the TPS4060. For the non-sync boost, the solution is simple and you can consider the LM5155.
