The customer would like to check the suitable MOS and diode for the below spec.

1.7MHz

Vin=10~16V

Vo=24~48V

Io=3~6A

    Hi Kevin,

    I would not like to show our preference of non-TI parts on e2e.  Please follow the datasheet design guide lines and select the mos and diode accordingly. It is a trade-off exercise and you should calculate the power losses and make sure the overall efficiency is high, at at the same time to make sure the selected devices ratings meet the required application.
