Hi,

The Theta J-A & Theta J-C parameters of TPS2832 is not available in the datasheet. Could you share the same?

    Hello Veerasamy,

    The junction to ambient thermal resistance can be determined from the  dissipation rating table on page 4 of the datasheet. The power rating is 330mW at ambient temperature of 70 deg C and 240mW at ambient of 85 deg C. With the recommended junction temperature of 125 deg maximum, with 330mW and a temperature difference of 125-70 deg C (55 deg C), there is 55 degC rise/330mW or 167 deg C/W. This same result is found with the 240mW and 85 deg ambient rating.
