It's 1 second in normal operation and is fixed.

It's 1 second in normal operation.

Your screen shot indicated that it is in sleep mode. The gauge will wake up every 20 seconds to take current, voltage and temperature measurements. The temperature measurement will cause the TS pulse that you observe.
