I suspect typo of the datasheet.

Could you check if following unit is correct?

    Hello Tadahiko-san,

    Thanks for bringing this to our attention.

    You're correct these are typos and should instead read "mA" except for "A, B Input leakage current high" which should instead read "200uA". 

    This device is one of our older, least optimized driver, I suggest you consider promoting UCC27524, part of our latest most optimized gate drivers more suitable for modern designs.

    I think that we should instead read "uA" except for "A, B Input leakage current high" which should instead read "200nA".
