TL494: Frequency Fluctuation of Oscillator

Hi,

I understand that the frequency of oscillator can be programmed by selecting timing components Rt and Ct.
However, the duty should change, but the frequency may change when configuring the closed loop with LT494.
So, please tell me what you think is the root cause ?
