Hi Youhao,

Please refer the below link. I generate this schematic for customer by Webench. Most of them is the same as Webench design.

I think only difference is Cin, cout value and switch chosen. Thanks.

If this is from the Webench, it should be good to go. I take a look and the circuit looks good to me, except for C9866 value. Usually it should be smaller than C9865 by about 5 to 10x. 50nF does not seem correct. Please double check by running the design calculator.
