I found that in the BQ40Z80 EVM，The DSG MOSFET with a zener D1, but why the CHG MOSFET without this zener? Is there problem if i add

a zener on the GS of CHG MOSFET.

D1 is just for protection. It won't hurt if you add one to Q2 but it's usually redundant.
