BQ40Z50-R2: CHG, DSG FET Drive

Hi,

I use the bq40z50-r2 for 4S-1P LTO BMS,the voltage range：6--10.8V，max current 60A.

The CHG and DSG mosfet i used with 4 MOSFETS in parallel.

To improve the switching speed,I want to reduce the series resistance on MOSFET gate,the minimum value i can use is what?

What is the FET model you are using, I think this value could depend on the Capacity load between FET gs
