BQ78350-R1: Ti High Cell bqProduction used SREC File Flash Upload?

Hi

Yesterday, i received Ti High Cell bqProduction for BQ78350.

i connected 

PC -> EV2300 -> BQ78350(Our Product)

i checked Configulation -> SRecord Programming -> Program Srec and Start Test .

but Flash Data is not upload.

How can i upload Srec File?

    Hi Choi,

    Here are the recommended steps below. Can you let me know if you tried this sequence?

    1. Run the installer
    2. After the installation of BQHiCellProduction is complete, copy the bqz file to C:/ti/bqHiCellProductionSBB/config/
    3. To start using the software, click on Admin -> Login. Leave the password field blank and click Okay.
    4. Click on the button ‘Scan Boards’. If you have an EVM connected it will detect it.
    5. Go to the Configuration tab.
    6. Select the bqz 
    7. Click the check boxes for which calibrations to run in production. Enter the voltage divider, select the Srec file, etc.
    8. Click on the Configure VTI button near the bottom. Enter the voltage and temperature to calibrate to and click Finish.
    9. You can now click Start test. The software will program the srec to the device and run calibration.
