Hi team

My customer is using SPX1117M3-L-2.5/TR, SPX1117M3-L-3.3, SPX1117M3-L-5.0/TR.

Is there any competitive recommendation of LDO that can replace it?

    Hi Jieying,

    Today we have the LM1117, Next month (January 2020) we will APL the TLV761. The difference is the the the TLV716 will be pin to pin but will have the following improvements:

    1. IQ is lowered from 5mA to 50uA.

    2. No Minimum load current.

    3. Any capacitor stable

    4. Superior inrush control (may minimize or eliminate CIN requirement)

    5. Improved PSRR over a wider frequency range
