My previous post was unclear. The question is: Is 1ns pulse width on MR input enough for correct generation of a RESET pulse on TPS3808 output?

Yes, this is the correct parameter. Typically, a 1 ns pulse width at /MR with create a RESET.
The TPS3808 /MR pulse width (Tw parameter in datasheet) should be designed to be 20ns minimum to guarantee the TPS3808 detects the signal across all worst case conditions.
