Hello all,
I need some help in understanding the TI application example of the BQ24450 chip.
How would I design the charger circuit if I want to use the connected battery as a permanent supply for the connected electronics (e.g. like an USV for a burglar system) ?
I understand that I cannot just conect my electroncs parallel to the battery, as this would draw additional current out of the charger electronics, which the charger possibly doesn t like. Or is there anything I overlooked ? I could not find any hint in the data sheet how such an application would be realized with that chip.
