No, I recognize BQ78Z100 doesn't have reset pin.

My customer would like to know if there's any other gauge with reset pin.

Could you tell me why the gauge with external pin is not in TI portfolio?

Is that because TI does not assume the gauge is better to have option to be reset from external signal while monitoring the battery?

When the gauge operates, it refreshes the battery's lifetime and other data (like the resistance table). An external reset pin will disrupt its normal operations and might lead to very bad results.
