BQ20Z655-R1: Chemistry programming error

Dear Sir ,

Our supplier used BQ20z655-R1 to design 4s2P battery pack. The cell is chose Panasonic: UR18650NSX (2600mAh) ,the supplier use chem ID is 2068 .

I connect the battery pack to EV2300 ,open the BQ Evaluation Software(Version 0.9.80) .,the operation is nomal .

When I click the bqCHEM button, the bqEVSW auto show the dialog window "chemistry programming error" .

Clould you help to me to check what's wrong ?

Hi Billy,

Sorry for my late response. It took me quite a bit of time to find a board to verify your issue.

I will try it and let you know if I can see the same issue as you mentioned.

In addition, it seems likes the gauge device on your board is sealed.

Could you go back to the SBS window and share with me a screenshot? Thanks.
