TPS82140: Ringing on 5V and 3V3 output of TPS82140SILT.

Hi 

I am getting ringing on output of Power converter of TPS82140SILT,

here i am attaching the CRO screen shot of output with load and without load

    Hi Tony,

    Generally I do not recommend having a resistor pot to set your output voltage. It is recommended to use 1% resistor components for top and bottom feedback for 5V and 3.3V output. Having a resistor pot would increase your feedback node which would enable noise to couple onto the FB pin and affect stability and regulation. Additionally I would recommend changing your input and output ceramic capacitors from 1uF to 10uF. This should help provide better input and output voltage filtering.
