TPS2662: Current limit is lower than the expected 0.5A

Hi,

my customer is using the TPS26625DRCT is experiencing a current limit issue where instead of 0.5 Amp current limit the device does it at 0.2 amps. after having gone over the data sheet and looked at the demo board schematic, they do not see anything wrong. Please advise. what are some possible issues here?
