Do the latest bqstudio can be run on EV2300 and battery bq40z50?

OS is window 8.1.

Battery Management Studio ( bqStudio )

Version : 1.3.86

I got an error message and said the detected device is not compatible to this version.

Yes. We use the bqStudio of the same version as yours with EVM2300 and BQ40Z50 on Windows 7 and 10 in our lab and we don't see any problem.

I would suggest you try another PC and double check.

Hi Andy,

I downloaded the 64bit driver for EVM2300 and tried another PC, the EV2300 works now. However, the battery BQ40Z50 still cannot be detected even re-scan all the address. Replaced another pc BQ40Z50 for test but no luck.

Any further suggestion?

Did you use the SMB port on the EV2300?
