Hi,
I'm considering using the CSD16301 N-Channel NexFET for I2C level converting as described in this application note: http://www.kip.uni-heidelberg.de/lhcb/Publications/external/AN97055.pdf
I assume the NexFET is primarily designed for power applications, but would it still do the job for I2C level converting (3.3V to 2.5V)?
I'm also considering using the http://www.ti.com/lit/gpn/txs0102, however I'd like to set the pull up resistance my self (rather than the built in 10k) therefore I'm currently leaning towards just a simple transistor level converter.
Any input is appreciated.
Thanks,
Egil
