Learning cycle Fail

Hello Steven

My question is in the relax mode,only VOK is clear at the time of qmax update,but in the learning cycle manual both VOK and R_DIS bits clear for QMAX updates,and VOK is not set at the beginning of discharge.

in our cycle resistance updates is not occurred. learning cycle failed.

please suggest me how to control VOK and R_DIS bits for the cycle.

    Hi, Vish

        I am a little confused, do you mean that when you see qmax update happened, the R_DIS is still set?

        Normally, R_Dis will be cleared when a valid DOD is acquired if IT Enable command has been sent and QEN is set.

    Hello Steven,

    R_DIS bit is only enabled in the starting of Discharged,

    It is not at all set and clear in the Relax mode.

    Only VOK bit set and clear.

    Now am trying (ICR18650 SAMSUNG SDI Battery,2S-2P,3.6-4.2V 2600 mah),it is smoothly moving good as i referred SLUA903 manual,

    I started learning cycle(charge-relax-discharge cycle), but it is failing in the QMAX updates(0X05) why it is not updating,

    Which parameter i need to change please suggest me.

    I was attached all the log file,gg files and screenshot.

        I found your charge process is intermittent, when you do learning cycle, please keep the charging all incessant
