TL431: VREF at -30 and 85C

Is my understanding correct that over the full range of temperature, VREF will range from Vref_min — VI(dev)_max until Vref_max + VI(dev)_max?
Therefore, for TL431BIDBZRG4, over the temperature range -40 to 85C, VREF may range from 2483mV- 4mV up to 2507mV+34mV?

(2) 

Will it be possible to estimate the VREF exactly at -30C to 85C? Customer is requesting for the values of VREF of TL431BIDBZRG4 specifically at -30 and 85C

    Hi Elisha,

    Point #1 is correct.

    Point 2, the min and max of the temperature deviation can occur any where in the temperature spectrum so you cannot assume that a smaller temperature range will have better temperature deviation.

    If you need better temp deviation, I would choose a better performance device such as the TL431LIBIDBZR or even a LM4041-N family.
