TPS65130: Duty Cycle Min & Max

Hi there,

Are you able to provide any more information on the min and max duty cycle specifications? Do these specifications follow a production spread? Whether the delta is 0.5% from typical or 5% from typical heavily dictates the minimum or maximum output voltages possible for a given input voltage.

Hi Shaun,

We will not be able to provide any more information in this regard than the typical specification provided in the datasheet. If the application is hitting the limits in either direction, you will need to design conservatively to allow sufficient margin.

Thanks. In that case, could you please confirm that the minimum positive output voltage of (V_IN + 0.5 V) is valid over the full input voltage range.

Hi Shaun,

I believe the datasheet already confirms that the minimum output voltage of Vin+0.5V is valid over full input voltage range. Please see datasheet note in the picture below.
