TLV62569: Max current limit(Ilim) value

Hi team,

Could you tell me the max current limit(Ilim) on the high side FET for TLV62569PDDC?
We can find only min(3A) on the datasheet.
A rough design value would be fine to know what inductor part which never saturate even in abnormal case we should choose.

Hi Sawamoto-san,

the max current limit (ILIM) is not specified for this part.

However we give an inductor recommendation for typical applications in Table 3 of the Application and Implementation section.

Thanks for the very timely response of you. Allow me to ask one more thing.
Is it correct that the recommended part in Table-3 doesn't saturate in abnormal short situation?

Hi Sawamoto-san,

I see the recommended inductor has a saturation current of 5.6A as per the datasheet so you should be fine for the scenario you're asking about.
