LM5022: LM5022 minimum switching frequency

What is minimum switching frequency(program RT resistor) LM5022 could support with? Is that ok to use LM5022 for 70kHz design?

If the device not able to support 70kHz by program RT resistor, is that ok to use external 70kHz clock and connect to RT/SYNC pin?

Hi John,

Thanks for reaching out with your questions and using the LM5022.

The LM5022 will work at 70kHz, there is nothing internal to limit the minimum switching frequency. At 70kHz the power train components will probably be very large.

Hi John,

the tolerance is not specified in the datasheet. I guess it should be +-15% level from the 200KHz specification. we need to further check if there is other reference data.
